Specific deliverable requirements, milestones, payment schedules, and warranties are governed by individualized Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed with our clients.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written project contract, all intellectual property rights in the client deliverables developed under a specific Statement of Work transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Techphin Labs retains ownership of its proprietary pre-existing software, frameworks, libraries, tools, and general architectural know-how.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat all client business data, project requirements, architectural diagrams, and trade secrets with absolute confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care and adhere to executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable efficient project delivery, clients agree to provide necessary assets, access credentials, timely feedback, and approvals required during development milestones.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Techphin Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or software services.
